Working in an industry of classroom trained photographers, I feel I bring an atypical viewpoint to what I shoot. No formal photography training, but years of experience driven by passion, trial, and error; finding out what it takes to create work that people will enjoy.
I want my photographs to grow organically; for the images to evolve out their environment, not forced and contrived. It's never about making the photographic subject 'be' a model, but making the subject comfortable and capturing their best. Capturing every moment in a way that's real.
Oh, and Photoshop is my close and loving friend.
